|1. All returns must be received within 15 days of purchase.
2. All returns must be insured and prepaid by the carrier of your choice.
3. All returns must be received in original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the completed return form.
4. All returned goods subject to a 15% handling-restocking fee. We will waive all restocking fees on returns processed for merchandise credit only.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Please refuse any physically damaged boxes from carrier and notify us immediately for replacement.
7. We will replace any defective merchandise within 15 days and the replacement will be shipped at our cost.
8. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, less any shipping charges, within 15 days of your purchase (Unless items have been used, soiled, or damaged. Subject to inspection). A 15% restocking fee may apply.
9. There will be $10.95 shipping and handling charge for FedEx Ground service in the Continental United States.
FedEx 2-3 day service is $16.90 shipping and handling in the Continental United States.
FedEx Overnight service is available for $24.90 in the Continental United States.
In stock item orders must be received by 12 noon EST to ship same day. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii add a 20 percent surcharge (shown on the tax line of your receipt).
10. Special Shipping Charges: There are a few items that require surcharge for shipping because of their weight and/or size. These items will be noted throughout the Online Catalog.
11. Orders will be processed within 48 hours and received within 5-7 business days. We ship via FedEx Ground and FedEx Air. If orders will take more than 15 days, we will notify you by e-mail.
12. Back Orders: If an item is on back order, you will be notified by e-mail with the expected ship date. Then, you will have the option to keep the item on backorder or cancel the order.
13. Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
14. Tax: Michigan tax is 6% on all shipments within Michigan.
15. We currently ship only within the United States.
16. We can not ship orders to PO Boxes. Please use a home or business address.
